What Next? If you think this kind of therapy might be useful for you, please contact us by e-mail, telephone or letter. We will then offer you a preliminary meeting at which you will have a chance to talk about your specific problems and how you might benefit from psychoanalytic psychotherapy. You can then think about whether you would like to start therapy on a regular basis. If so, we will agree a convenient time for regular meetings. Sessions last for 50 minutes and it is usual to have one or two sessions per week.
Confidentiality
Therapist and client meet privately at the therapist's home. You are assured complete confidentiality both inside and outside the therapy setting.
Ending Your Therapy
Therapy ends only when the client feels ready to leave. If possible, the ending should be worked through over an agreed period, so that client and therapist can explore the thoughts and feelings connected to saying goodbye and moving on.
