We can then have a preliminary discussion and if appropriate arrange a meeting. This will give you the opertunity to talk about your specific problems and how you might benefit from this type of therapy. You can then consider whether you would like to start therapy on a regular basis. If so, we will agree a convenient time for regular meetings. Sessions last for 50 minutes and it is usual to have one or two sessions per week.

Ending Your Therapy
Therapy ends when you feel ready to leave. If possible, the ending should be worked through over an agreed period, so that thoughts, feelings and concerns connected to endings, moving on and saying goodbye can be explored within the therapy relationship.
